 We had some nice swims this past weekend at Sunshine state Games. CLICK HERE for the results and splits from the meet. It looks like we are getting ready for the championship season. We will begin our taper soon. Remember to get plenty of rest and to maintain your strokes. This is the most important time of the season. Make sure everything we have been working for pays of at JO's, Sr Champs, etc. Good Luck!!
